Hi Mr.Baker,
I saw your email this morining and asked the Human Resource manager about your request.I am glad to tell you that I can let you work the afternoon shift as you wish since Mr.Northman who worked the afternoon shift has quited.But I still would like to know why you want a change in your working hours.Anyway,you will be working from 2p.m.to 6p.m.on Monday,Tuesday and Thursday next week.In addition,do remember to download the form attached to this email,fill and send it back to me by tomorrow.
