Every coin has two sides.Not all young people should own the ability to plan and organize.Some people is introverted but careful,so he needs a leader to help him choose one direct and then,he will make his way to the successful destination.Although some individual's plan ability is rare,but he is creative.Only a person who can help him plan the things logically,he also can succeed eventually.
Admittedly,judging from above evidence,I can hardly agree that modern society has become more complex,so it is essential for the young people to have the ability to plan and organize.It depends on the characteristic and the type of work of a individual.If the person is introverted,it is not essential.Instead ,if he is outward ,it is essential.And if the type of work doesn't ask him to possess the ability,he is no need to master it.Otherwise,to master in may lead him to fail.After all,everyone has their own thought to select the choice.
