“I'm”的意思是“我是”,而你这里要用的应该是“我曾经”,所以应该是“I have”或者是“I've”

不需要说“以前”,直接把句子变成过去试就可以了.另外beforetime是中国英语,以后绝对不可以用.

我觉得直接把句子继续下去更好一点.翻译是：可是今年并没有礼物或蛋糕.

句号改成逗号了.past time的time是多余的,另外没什么问题.

I was old a year old.（我想说我又老了一岁）这一句不地道。可以说是Chinglish,即中国式英语。
可改为I have be older one year than before,现在完成时，表示相对现在已经发生过的事，而且结果对现在的影响还存在。
