粉泥炸土豆
材料：
土豆750克、无盐奶油1/2小匙、蛋黄1个、三明治火腿1片、低筋面粉适量、全蛋1个、面包粉适量
调料：
盐1/4小匙、白胡椒粉少许
做法：
1、土豆洗净,刮去外皮,切成片状,蒸熟放入容器内.（土豆片最好直接放在蒸屉上蒸,或者选择带孔的整盘,以免蒸完后存有水分影响到口感.）

6、锅烧热后放入少许色拉油,油热后放入做法5的土豆,用小火煎至金黄色后捞出即可.食用时可搭配沙拉酱,也可在沙拉酱中放些火腿丁和酸黄瓜丁来增加味道.
