我对这个concerned有疑问,它的逻辑主语是the Jackson administration,可是这样用不就成了被动语态了么,据我所知concern作动词(vt.)是没有被动语态用法的啊~
或许我对这个句子意思的理解不对?总之我不明白为什么这个划线是对的.

1.Concerned 是一个过去分词,也可用作形容词,它的特点是可以带介词 for 或 about,也可以带宾语从句.
2.在你的题中,这个 Concerned 组成了“形容词短语”,在句中作原因状语.
3.你的理解“过去分词表示被动”,“它的逻辑主语是the Jackson administration”都对,但是“concern作动词(vt.)是没有被动语态用法的啊”就不对了.实际上它经常用作被动形式,例如 I am concerned that he cannot finish the work in time.
4.同类的词还有 interested in（对...感兴趣）,excited with（对...感到兴奋）,satisfied with（对...感到满意）等.
5.再举一个例句：Satisfied with Tom's homework, the teacher gave him the mark of 100. （老师对汤姆的作业很满意,给了他100分）.
