1.一般现在时：He always treats me as a child
2.现在完成进行时：He has always been treating me as a child
原因就是前半部分用一般现在时说了“我再也受不了他的方式了”表明他还是一如既往对“我”采用某种态度或方式.
之所以现在完成进行时比一般现在时要好,是因为这样突出了“总是”、“一直是”的意思,加强了语气,显示了反感的心情.
