英语中一个句号算一个句子!而一个句子中的主句只能有一个谓语,（有从句的从句中有谓语）,也只能有一个主语.
而本题中I 是主语,push是谓语,所以前面那个句子实际上是个独立主格结构,而这种结构中只能用非谓语形式,即being而不能用be动词的各种形式.

一句或不能有两个动词 有两个就要有连词 were和had都是动词却没有连词 所以B不能选 现在分词表主动 过去分词表被动

选b的话会出现前句的主语与后句的主语不一致的问题，变成两个不相干的句子了。
既然句子的主语是i，那么前半句就只能表原因，所以选择being

这个是个原因状语从句 但是没有 连接词 那么就以 动词的现在分词的形式来表示 你选B 那么这2个句子就感觉是对立的了 没啥关系
