11.4. Any notices to be given hereunder by either Party to the other may be effected either by postal mail, registered or certified, postage prepaid with return receipt requested or by electronic mail. Mailed notices shall be addressed to the Parties at the addresses appearing in Section 12 of this Agreement, but each Party may change that address by written notice in accordance with this paragraph. Electronically mailed notices shall be deemed communicated as of 3 days after the date of mailing. Notices sent by postal mail shall be deemed communicated as of 10 business days.
11.5. The Parties agree that if it should ever be held by a court of competent jurisdiction that any one or more sections, clauses or provisions of this Agreement are invalid or ineffective for any reason, any such section, clause or provision shall be deemed separate from the remainder of this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of such remainder.
