one 是指代上文提到的同类可数名词(为了避免重复）,既指人也指物,ones是它的复数the one和the ones 都是特指,the ones 相当于those例如：
There are many such dictionaries in the bookstore ,why don't buy one to use 中的one 就是指代前面的dictionary.
Many people want to go to college ,I’m the one who’s going to make my way to college!...我就是那个将要行进在上大学的路上的人.the one 就是特指将要为上大学而奋斗的人
I have picked many nice oranges ,please pack up the ones (those)on the table .
（the ones特指桌子上的橘子）
The houses of the rich are generally larger than the ones (those)of the poor.
（the ones特指穷人的房子）
other 是形容词,一般做定语,后面接可数名词或者不可数名词都可以,例如other pencils ,other information ,the other 就代词化了,是指两者中的另一个.
others 是代词,指其余的人或物,一般和some 连用.例如:Some students are singing ,others are dancing .
the others 是特指 “其余的全部”
one 代替上文单数名词 ones 代替上文复数名词
