Last week,we had a debate about whether we should develop nuclear power stations.Opinions are divided.
During the debate,Some students said we should develop nuclear power stations,since it would bring much electricity to people,and reduce the pressure of using electricity in the world.Meanwhile,it can create more jobs.
Hoever,the others thought the government should limit the number of nuclear power stations,since they will cause all kinds of pollution,air pollution included.They thought solar energy power stations,which are environmentally friendly ,should be developed.

Nuclear power stations have been spread everywhere.But their safety has caused a heated discussion about their existance.
First,I think that nuclear power stations can provide more electricity than the traditional thermal power stations.They cost less non-renewable resources and produce more electricity.Second,they can push the development of science and technology.Because the nuclear power is a new technology,it can develop fast.Last but not least,nuclear power stations can decrease pollution.Because they rarely produce waste gas and water.
Nuclear power stations can benefit us more in the future if government can take safer measures to prevent from accidents.

Television must be the most popular pastime for human beings today. Just about every household has a televison set and everyday people glue their eyes on the sets watching their favourite shows. So television exerts a very large influence on us.
It is fine if we just use television as a source of entertainment or to be informed about things happening around the world. Programmes such as documentaries are very informative and educating, news keep us up date to the latest developments, while cartoons keep children entertained. However some programmes should be watch under parents guidance such as movies which has violence scenes, nudity scenes or political issues.
There is nothing wrong with watching these programmes but they must be done in moderation. We must use television wisely and do not get attached to it. To be addicted or attached to television is to abuse it, that is one feels compelled to have the television on. In other words one becomes a kind of a slave to it and may spend hours just watching it.
Only we know whether we are making use of television wisely or are we abusing it. Whichever it is we reap the results of our action.
大约意思：
电视可说是人类最普片的消遣。差不多每家每户都有电视。每天人们都会盯着电视看他们喜爱的节目所以电视对我们的影响很大。
倘若我们把电视当成一种娱乐消遣或知道时事的通道是无害的。节目如纪录片是很有教育性质的，新闻能让我们与时事俱进，卡通能娱乐小朋友。但有些电视节目需要父母的监督和引导下观看因为有暴力，色情或政治的话题。
看电视节目是无害但是要适可而止。我们要聪明的选择电视节目，和善于利用时间看电视。不要太依赖电视不然就会染上电视的瘾。换句话说就是成了电视的奴隶，必须要每时每刻看电视。
只有我们自己知道是否我们有善于利用电视。无论那个选择，后果自负（华语表达太差了，我不会把最后一句翻来华文，大约意思就是种什么因就有什么果）
