补充：好吧,因为如此纠结,于是乎我便翻了下字典——官方对make sure的搭配只有 make sure of/ make sure that+从句.
那么,从这个角度来看,A是正确答案.
在万分不解下,我在英文较为官方的google上以“make sure when”为关键词,在新闻类搜索,发现在现代英语中,make sure when 也是可以使用的.
但是,A选项有它致命的错误……
因为that 后面的从句应用一般现在时来表示将来时（这是一种常用的时态变化）
给个例句：Obama Advisor Should Make Sure He Comes To Arkansas On Opening Day Of Deer Season And Talk About Banning Hunting.
Make sure he comes at once．一定叫他马上来.
