摘要：本文初步探讨了小刺猴头菌发酵液多糖（HFP）和灵芝发酵液多糖(GFP)对腹泻Wistar大鼠肠道菌体外生长情况的影响.采用比浊法测定了21种从腹泻Wistar大鼠肠道内分离、纯培养的肠道细菌在分别含有1%小刺猴头菌发酵液多糖和1%灵芝发酵液多糖的培养基中37℃培养18h后的OD值,经统计分析结果表明见猴头和灵芝对21种肠道菌中的5种菌株有明显的抑菌作用,而对其他菌株的作用并不明显,灵芝和猴头相比较,猴头没有显著作用的菌株,而灵芝却有显的抑制作用,而猴头具有显著作用的菌株.灵芝却有极为显著的抑制细菌的作用,由此可见灵芝对肠道菌的抑制作用要更强于猴头菌
