In modern society,many people like western fast food.Because it is very convenient.People can eat it in the car,or on the road or take it to home.It saves much time.So it's popular with modern people.
However,there are also disadvantages of the western fast food.First,it is often rich in fat.It can make people fat.Second,it is not good for people's health.It often lacks of useful things which is good for keeping health.Besides,it may cause cancer.So it's very dangerous to eat too much western fast food. .We should eat more vegetables and friuts.Just like Chinese food !
Chinese fast food is not as convenient as western fast food,we can`t eat it in some public place such as subway station. But,it is more delicious and has more useful things that are good for our health.If you ask some Chinese :Why do you choose Chinese fast food? They may answer: Because I am a Chinese!I don`t like foreign things.That`s why more and more Chinese choose our Chinese food! As for the disadvantages,Chinese may not much clean. Some people may cook the food without watering it,or without make their hands clean .And they may choose some bad things to reduce the money .So some times we are not very relieved.
Because all above ,we some times choose to make food at home . We do it ourselves ,we can make sure the food are the best quality,and we water it very clean .we insist on it can make our body more healthy!But people always lazy ,we want to eat with watching TV or doing some thing.
And the food we do it ourselves may not taste very good .
SO, I AM VERY REGRETFUL !!!!!!
