需要更多的上下文.live有生活的意思.你和弟弟是一家人,在一起生活很正常,不需要拿这事来告他人.如双亲去打工了,自己和叔父生活在一起,可能会说：I live with my uncle.或 I am living with my uncle.前者表示一般的情况,后者表示最近一段时间,并有其它的含义比如是暂时的意思.我更相信楼主想表达的是“我现在和弟弟住同一个房间,甚至可能是同一张床”.因为家里来客人了,将我的房间让给客人住.这种情况,就要另想办法,如:I am living with my brother in the same room now.We are sharing the same room now.(这是暂时的)
如果是长期的,一直是这样的,用一般现在时：My brother and I share the same room.

一个 强调状态是 和哥哥住一起
第二个 强调我这段时间和哥哥住一起 （也许前一段不是或不久就不和哥哥一起住了）
第一个是一般现在时，第二个是现在进行时，两个用法都是对的。。。
如果强调的是now，现在和哥哥一起住用2（可能以前不是和哥哥住）。
如果一直是和哥哥住的话而且以后也不会改变就用1，而且去掉now比较好
