并且根据就是上面文章中的这段,可是这段中明明写的是remain optimistic about the economy's long-term prospects,人们对经济的长远前景感到乐观而不是现在啊,所以我一直在纠结.

不知道楼主是怎么理解的?

意思就是：他们（现在）对于经济的长远前景持乐观（态度）
难道会说：他们将来对将来经济的前景乐观
如果不是“现在持乐观态度”,那么上句就不会使用一般现在时,而会使用一般将来时或一般过去时了.
其实，考研英语答案没有绝对正确或绝对错误的选项，只有相对正确。合理的选项。至于此题，除了A选项还算合理外，其余三个选项明显错误。采用排除法，也应该选A啊，总不能一个不选吧。
