不可以省略,因为主动形式上有宾语 his car,被动语态时不可以省略

可以省略，这个句子是用的过去式，所以用parked而不是parks。

PS: 有不少动词及物不及物都可以，如write, read, teach, study,不要以为一个及物动词永远就是及物动词，park也有作不及物动词的用法：
