12.2 Complete set Clean on Board Ocean Bills of Lading,made out to order or the consigner if so agreed,blank endorsed,marked “Freight Prepaid” and indicating the contract number,name of carrying vessel,and DLC number with the buyer as “Notifying Party” and consigner in three (3) original and three (3) copies,issue by shipping company or the ship owner stamped and signed by the Master of the vessel,or the charterer ( Charterer Bills of Lading ) in the charter party.
