在市场竞争日益激烈的今天,知识型员工已日渐被企业视为自己的核心竞争力之一,IT行业作为高知识行业更是对知识型员工的管理关注度更高,而现有的劳动契约和激励体制已不能从根本上保证IT行业知识型员工的高忠诚度,那么IT行业知识型员工特点是什么、其忠诚度的影响因素和重要程度是什么、如何针对性地提出相应的激励和管理措施,笔者带着这些问题进行了论述.
本文先将IT行业知识型员工大致分类,从个性特点和工作特点两方面分析了他们的特点,在简要总结IT行业知识型员工忠诚度缺失给企业带来的负面影响后,笔者从个人、企业和环境三个角度较全面地总结了影响IT行业知识型员工忠诚度的关键因素,并结合小范围调查问卷的整理结果进行了影响因素的重要程度统计简易分析,最后提出了增强IT行业知识型员工忠诚度的管理建议和人力资源激励措施.

knowledgable workers, increasingly competitive in the market today, have increasingly been invovled in the core competition business. IT industry ,as a high-knowledge industry ,pays more attention to the management of knowledge-based employees , while the existing labor contract and incentive system cannot fundamentally ensure the highly-knowledgable employees' loyalty, thus, the IT industry ,characterized by the characteristics of knowledge workers as well as their loyalty factors and is put forward to the appropriate incentives and management measures;the author discusses these issues with those issues. IT industry, the first general classification of knowledge workers, and work from the personality characteristics of both their characteristics, in the brief summary of the negative impact to the enterprise from the lack of knowledgable workers' loyalty. the author point out individuals, businesses and the environment more comprehensively about affect the knowledge as a key factor in employee loyalty, combined both with small-scale collation of the results of the questionnaire with important factors in the degree of simple statistical analysis, and finally proposations to enhance the IT industry knowledge employees' loyalty management and human resource incentives.
