Practice:

做法：

2.将面粉添加清水调成稠度适宜的面糊,调入盐、糖、胡椒粉搅匀.
3.将打散的蛋液倒入面糊中,充分搅匀.
4.将薄荷叶手撒成碎片加入鸡蛋面糊中.
5.煎锅烧热刷上一层薄油,将适量的面糊舀入锅中,转动锅身使其平铺,稍加凝固后将炒香白芝麻撒在面上.
6.煎至蛋饼凝固底面稍微焦黄,翻个面将蛋饼稍煎即可起锅,依此法将所有薄荷蛋饼摊好,切块装盘即可.
