Don't criticize, condemn and complain, this is fisrt bold sentence i got from how to win friends and influence people& how to stop worring and start livingwhich was Dale Carnegie very famous and popular writer in the world. Although I didn't feel difficult to deal with people, I sitll want to improve and deep the fine to contact people. I believe this will be helpful in my future life and career. Don't criticize is the first fule I learned from the book
Criticize, condemn can't win the respect and friendship from the other people, but get resentments, enemy and hostile. It is essence that everybody will justify themselves when they do something wrong. Condemn and blame can't make the wrongdoer to correct their action and feel guilty, but just make them defensive. So for to get friendship, the first step is to give up criticism.
The angry is a kind of normal feeling of human when we are not satisfied with something badly. We often can't help to angry and condemn the one who do something wrong or harmful to us. It is easy to say to calm down but difficult to do that. So we must remember this sentence always in mind from morning to night. We also can play a game, we will pay 10RMB as a punishment once we lost temp. we need long time to change the habit. But it is worth, I believe.
