Every one know that body need energy,and we ye konw the sourse of energy is food.So our body's condition is up to food.Carbohydrate is nessary（like rice ,bread and corn ）,another improtant material is protein .You can find it from milk ,egg and meat.Last but not least--water.High quality water could suppy calcium , iron and other minerals .
