【摘要】本文通过对2008年美国金融危机和1997年东亚金融危机的比较,着重论述了两次危机的爆发原因、演变过程、造成的影响及应对措施.虽然两次危机爆发的原因不同,影响范围也不同,但两次危机都对各国造成了不同程度的影响,在不同时代的金融危机下人们也采取了不同的措施应对.在东亚金融危机中,东亚各国主要得到IMF的救助而逐步摆脱危机,在美国金融危机中,以美国为首世界各国推出一系列货币政策和财政政策亦令危机有所好转.另外,通过两次金融危机的比较,我们也得到了一些启示.

The Comparison And The Enlightenment On Financial Crisis Between In East Asia And In US
Abstract
Through the comparison of the financial crisis between in US in 2008 and in East Asia in 1997,this paper focuses on the eruption reasons of the two crisises,their successional variation processes,their impacts and corresponding countermeasures which shoud be taken.Although the reason why the financial crisis broke out in US was otherwise,and the areas where it impacted were different,the two crisises resulted in varying impacts on every countries.In different times,people took varying countermeasures to contend with finacial crisises.In the financial crisis in East Asia,the countries in East Asia mainly got financial aid from IMF and shook off the crisis gradually,while in the financial crisis in US,the countries led by US put forward a series of monetary and fiscal policies to make the crisis have a change for better.In addition,through the comparison between the two crisises,we hav got some enlightenments.

This article through to 2008 the US financial crisis and in 1997 the East Asia financial crisis comparison, emphatically elaborated the influence which two crisis eruption reasons, the successional variation process, create and should to the measure.Although two crises erupt the reason is different, affects the scope to be also different, but two crises both have had the varying degree influence to the various countries, also took the different measure in the different time financial crisis servants to be supposed to be right.In the East Asia financial crisis, the East Asian various countries mainly obtain the IMF rescue to get rid of the crisis gradually, in the US financial crisis, as the first various countries promotes a series of monetary policy and the financial policy take US is also had the crisis the change for the better.Moreover, through two financial crisis comparison, we also obtained some enlightenment.

【ABSTRACT】 In this paper, through the financial crisis in the United States in 2008 and 1997 Comparison of the East Asian financial crisis, focuses on two causes of the outbreak of the crisis, the evolution of the impact of and response measures. Although the two different reasons for the crisis, the impact of different, but the two countries in crisis have resulted in varying degrees, at different times of financial crisis, people have also been taken under the different measures to deal with. In the East Asian financial crisis, East Asian countries received IMF assistance mainly gradually emerging from the crisis in the U.S. financial crisis, countries in the world led by the United States launched a series of monetary and fiscal policies have also improved the crisis. In addition, through two financial crises, we also received some enlightenment.
