两句的意思和结构完全一样.
语法上都是并列句（不是强调句,也不是定语从句）,相同的地方why引导的是表语从句,不同的地方后句的主语分别是that(那）和it（它）,但都是指前面一句,所以意思表达上完全没有区别.
