Nowadays,with the advent of the television and other medias,numerous advertise have come to our life and changed our thinking about which products we should choose.Some people hold the view that we obviously get a negative influence with the advertisements' showing up.I can hardly agree with that group of guys.In the following essay,I will explain why I object the view so strongly.
First and foremost,Advertisements give us ideas about the products.Admittedly,the advertisement of the products in markets will lead us to a clear way that we can make a choice by ourselves between the similar things in front of us when we purchase something.We all know,as a customer of a supermarket,we do not have much ideas whether we should buy this or not if we do not get any information about products before stepping into it.On the contrary,once we achieved clues of products by the advertisements,which maybe not useful for us but at least we certainly will have a basic expression about that.So we will be easier to find what we want by advertisements.
Another major reason worth mentioning is that we customers are not folly,and are responsible for what we choose.I mean we will not be followed behind the advertisements.Some guys,actually,were cheat by the advertisement for several times and then they are complaining about how bad the advertisement is.Is that true?I don't think so.We adults should have the ability of identifying which information is truth or not.We can not just blame the advertisement for being cheat one or two times.Advertisements are just benefit for a better choice that we will make.But it doesn't mean advertisements need to be responsible for our choice.
From all factors mentioned above,it apparently shows the view is so partial and is not very difficult to come into a conclusion that advertisements surely bring us more good things than bad things.We should not only take into account of the influence of advertisements and also make our brain cool when we need to buy something.

In modern society, most merchants aspire for the high profits no matter which tactics they use, they easily find out that advertisement is the most optimal way among all kinds of methods. Since it could catch people’s eyes and give them deep impressions by exaggerate the merits of products. However as a matter of fact, the practical thing is far inferior to the one showed on the ad, thus, I strongly agree with the statement that the advertisements have made the products better than they really are.
First and foremost, many medicine ad distorted the curative effects. My friends tom, who was little overweight, saw a advertisement about the consumer eating diet pills turns to be a slim person, he really admire such wonderful thing and imagine if he could receive the same effect, then he bought three large boxes of pill, unfortunately, not only did he add several kilogram to his weight, but also become the high blood pressure patient due to the medicine.
Another point worth saying is that the disadvantages of the product will be by no means certain not appearing in the ad, which will confuse the consumer, for example, the cigarettes ad will not put on the words that smoking does harm to human health.
As far as I concerned, the ad will overstate its merits in order to attract people to pay more attention on it, so a wise customer should know that everything including the most recommendatory product has its potential drawbacks.
