1）a 在数量上表是 “一”,而measles 已经复数形式,所以前面不能再用a了.
2）疑问句要用助动词do,而与主语一致搭配的任务就落实在助动词身上,你看那两个句子中的助动词的形式都是does,就是为了与单数第三人称的主语he搭配.助动词搭配了就够了.
在一般疑问句中要用原形了
headache 是可数名词，所以用冠词a
measles是不可数名词，所以不能用冠词a或者an

因为句子里有助动词do， does是do的单三形式，后面要用动词原形
