the sports lover firmly believe execises are worth of doing them assiduously,for they can bring about health.in the case of swimming,it makes your lung stronger and fresher.
however,sometime the hurts comes hand in hand with sports.you will get injured invarably without carefulness.for instance,when you go to play American football and forget to wear helmet,I guess,you may be sent to hospital soon or later.because of danger of sports hiding behind the various sports.
in the end.I prefer to share my experiences in sports.we should do a thousand and one about preparation before go into sports.not only can it prevent you from get hurted,but also diminish the danger of sports.so i advise we utilze sports properly and keep an eye on ourselves in action.in a word.more sports,more carefulness,more caution,more health.
