if 和 whether 意思都为是否的时候,都能起始一个句子么?
像：if you ever felt bored about traveling to NYC/ whether you ever felt bored about traveling to NYC?这2句是不是都可以?

If表示是否时,一般不置于句子开头.whether可以.这两句中,后一句是正确的.
talk about后可以接that引导的宾语从句,这句话是正确的.
