had cried表示与过去事实相反,他看起来好像哭过了一样.
would cry表示与将来事实相反,他看起来好像快哭了.
虚拟语气哪里有加will cry的啊?!乱来!要么是你答案错了,要么放在上下文里那就不是虚拟语气.
在虚拟语气中,由as if/as though引导的状语从句/表语从句中,表示夸张的比喻和猜测:
1,与现在事实相反,动词用过去式:
It seems as if it were spring already.
2,与过去事实相反,动词用过去完成式:
Alan talked about Rome as if he had been there.
3,与将来事实相反,用情态动词(一般就是would,might这些)加动词原形:
She cried as if her heart would break.
